Rescheduling Made Easy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may sometimes change. In recognition of this, our dinner series operates under a special policy:

Sales are final. No Refunds, Only Future Feasts.

While we are unable to offer refunds for purchased tickets, we’re happy to offer a rescheduling voucher that you may use to book a future date at no additional cost.

If you need to cancel your reservation, don’t worry. You’ll receive a voucher to rebook and join us on another evening. You’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or loved one to share the magic of the Tamilian Texan Dinner Series.

How It Works

Upon notifying us 48 hours before the original dinner date, you’ll be provided with a unique rescheduling voucher/discount code.

This voucher/discount code will grant you the freedom to explore our upcoming dinner dates and secure your spot at no additional cost.

Simply choose the new date that aligns with your schedule and register with your voucher/discount code. No additional purchase is required.

Rainy Day Voucher: In the event of inclement weather, your dining experience remains a priority. We’ll issue rescheduling vouchers to ensure you can still savor the experience on a future date, and purchase tickets knowing your investment is protected.

Late Arrival Policy

We start promptly at 6:45 pm, and ask our guests to get here in a timely manner. Since this is a coursed out Prix Fixe, with a carefully orchestrated menu, late arrivals will not be refunded. This dinner is about the food, the farm and our patrons, late arrivals take away from everyone’s experience. If you are more than 30 minutes late we will not be able to honor your standing for this dinner and kindly ask you to reschedule for a future monthly dinner. Your ticket will not be refunded.
