Where are you located?
The Training Kitchen is located at 1901 Mattews Ln, Austin, TX 78745.
Where do I park?
There is street parking on Cannonleague Dr (perpendicular to The Training Kitchen) and on Matthews Ln as well.
Can you accommodate allergies/dietary restrictions?
Yes, please list your dietary restrictions in the required fields upon purchasing your tickets and we will carefully accommodate them for you.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No. This is a BYOB event. Please bring your own beer or wine of choice. Guests must be 21+ to drink. TTK is not able to provide coolers or chillers for your beverages, so please come prepared to keep your booze cold if necessary.
What is the recommended attire?
While there is no dress code, we recommend that you dress for the weather in order to be comfortable dining outside on the farm. We also recommend shoes that you are comfortable in walking on grass if you would like to walk around and see the farm.
Is seating assigned?
No. Our events are open seating, and seats at the tables are first come first serve. If you would like to ensure you and your party can sit together or near friends from another party, we recommend that you arrive on time.
Do you offer refunds?
While we do not offer refunds, we allow our guests to reschedule to another date when needed. We require a 48 hour notice to do so. Please see our refund policy for more details.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather, we will issue you a Rainy Day Voucher, which will allow you to reschedule your reservation for another upcoming dinner. Please see our refund policy for more details.
What is your late arrival policy?
We start promptly at 6:45 pm, and ask our guests to get here in a timely manner. Since this is a coursed out Prix Fixe, with a carefully orchestrated menu, late arrivals will not be refunded. This dinner is about the food, the farm and our patrons, late arrivals take away from everyone’s experience. If you are more than 30 minutes late we will not be able to honor your standing for this dinner and kindly ask you to reschedule for a future monthly dinner. Your ticket will not be refunded.
Where do the proceeds of ticket sales go?
The proceeds from the Tamilian Texan Kitchen events are split evenly between Sicc Palette and The Training Kitchen. Your support helps fund the The Training Kitchen’s community development programs.
